Hello ERBBYO’ers!

Thank you so much for a great 2008-2009 Programming Year!  It was a great success, and we could not have succeeded without all of your hard work and dedication.  Please take a look at Eastern Region’s End-of-the-Year Newsletter.

As summer has now begun, it’s time to start thinking about re-registering for BBYO! Membership dues have remained the same at $75 for the 2009-2010 school year. As a reminder, for $149, you can register for all four years of BBYO! With this promotion, rising sophomores will save a year’s worth of membership dues, and rising juniors will not have to re-register for their senior year!

We encourage you to register as soon as possible. Registration may be done on b-linked (preferred!), or by following the instructions in the Membership section of the Forms & Info page. If you have any questions, please contact your city director or Ellen.

Also, Regional Execs will soon be upon us. This convention is for council board members, as well as chapter presidents and vice presidents. It will be held at the Betsy Jeff Penn 4H Camp in Reidsville, NC, from August 21-23, 2009. Please review the convention’s Fact Sheet and Cover Letter for more information on the convention.  Prior to attending the convention, we must receive an updated PRO-3 Form, which should be sent in to the Regional Office.

Make sure you check the calendar in Events and Dashboard for information about your city’s Intakes and upcoming programs. We are very excited about this year and look forward to seeing you soon!

We understand that some people have had trouble registering and re-registering their memberships dues on b-linked. Please feel free to print the applicable form and send it into the Eastern Region office with your payment: Registration Form For New Members or Re-registration Form For Previous Members.
